Recent Projects Across Southern California

Every project tells the story of a home, a family and the conditions of a specific place. These recent projects show how we adapt design and construction to the coast, the canyons and the valleys of Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Custom Estate Build, Thousand Oaks (2024)

Completed custom estate home exterior built by Elliott Construction Group in Thousand Oaks, CA
Custom Estate Build, Thousand Oaks (2024)

This ground-up custom home in the Conejo Valley brought together every part of our work: site preparation, structure, a wildfire-conscious exterior and refined interior finishes. Building in Thousand Oaks means designing for inland heat and for the hillside wildfire risk the region knows well, so exterior materials, roofing, vents and glazing were chosen with resilience in mind alongside appearance.

Arched Spa Shower Remodel, Encino (2024)

This primary bathroom in Encino was taken down to the studs and rebuilt around a sculpted arched shower opening. The work included new plumbing, a continuous waterproofing system that was flood-tested before tile, and finishes that give the room the calm feel of a spa. It is the before-and-after transformation shown on our homepage.

Oceanview Deck and Balcony Rebuild, Malibu (2024)

Years of salt air and coastal moisture take a toll on outdoor structures. For this Malibu home, we rebuilt the deck and balcony with connections, hardware and materials selected for marine exposure, while keeping the ocean view at the center of the design. On the coast, the details you cannot see, such as fastener grades and the connection to the house, matter most.

Modern Staircase and Interior Renovation, Pacific Palisades (2023)

A staircase is often the backbone of a home’s interior. In this Pacific Palisades renovation, a new modern stair and updated interior finishes changed the way light and movement flow through the house, giving an older home a fresh, contemporary character without changing its footprint.

Detached Garage and ADU Build, Westlake Village (2023)

This project combined a new detached garage with an accessory dwelling unit, adding a separate living space without giving up covered parking. Designed to complement the main house, it shows how an ADU can add flexibility for family, guests or long-term rental income.
